The two discussed healthcare and taxes while The Five’s Jessica Tarlov moderated. Talarico says he’s a big fan of billionaires who love taxes and don’t mind being silenced by Democrats such as himself.

Talarico says he is pro-capitalist and wants to help small businesses in the Lone Star state. Which doesn’t ring true because small businesses fled California for Texas because of the Democrat Party policies Talarico will fully support if elected. (WATCH)

When they say tax the rich, their definition of "rich" is anyone with a job paying taxes.
They believe they can decide how much of your hard-earned money you can keep.
He's already voted for a state income tax and voted for the death tax.

Nothing is stopping pro-Talarico billionaires from donating money to the U.S. government. No special tax is needed.
