Jennifer Lopez sent fans into a frenzy when she shared a sizzling naked photo to social media, proving that she is only getting better with age.

The 57-year-old looked laid back as she sat in a large black and white bath, with her hair tied up into a chic bun and a computer screen in front of her.

Jennifer was typing away in the bath, next to a stunning view of lush green trees and sunshine. "Today's office," she wrote in the caption, as her fans rushed to the comment section to exclaim over her incredible figure.

"I mean….goddess," wrote one fan, while another added: "Wowwww queen," and a third chimed in: "Goals."

Jennifer has often spoken on the importance of maintaining balance in her life, and shared with InStyle that sleep is paramount for her ability to function day-to-day.

"The number one tip is to always get enough sleep," she explained. "I can't stress this enough. Ideally I would love to get nine or 10 hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight."

The "Jenny from the Block" singer also makes sure to take care of her mental health too. "Beauty comes from within – you have to keep your mind, soul, body and spirit in sync," she said.

"I am a firm believer in meditating, and when you are happy and feel joy and love, you radiate beauty."

Eating a healthy diet filled with vegetables, white meat and fish is also one of the secrets to Jennifer's enviable figure. "We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and kale," she told Us Weekly.

"I love to cook a lot of stuff; I love cooking Puerto Rican food because that's what I grew up on."

Jennifer's home life is set to change drastically in the coming weeks as her children, twins Max and Oskar, prepare to move out of home and kickstart their college careers.

"I've been crying for two months," she said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, before adding: "It's fine. I want them to be happy, go where they want to go, and do what they want to do."

"We're going to pack up their rooms here, and they're going to take all of the things that they want to take to their dorm. And then they're gonna realize that their dorms are too small and they're gonna miss home, I hope, and want to come back real soon," she joked. "That's my plan."

Jennifer then reflected on how special it was that her kids were getting ready to fly the nest and discover themselves. "I remember being that age and thinking I couldn't wait to get out in the world and do my thing. I really wanted to get out."

"All year people have been asking me, 'Oh, they're going away to college, is it going to be terrible?' No, it's going to be great," the mother of two assured.
