Graveyard Keeper 2 is officially rising from the grave. During the Future Games Show at gamescom 2026, developer Lazy Bear Games and publisher tinyBuild have revealed that the sequel to the popular medieval management simulator will launch on September 22 for PC and consoles.
The game will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. Players who pre-order for $24.99 will also receive exclusive launch bonuses, including a special outfit and a sauna that can be placed outside their home.
Graveyard Keeper 2 once again puts players in charge of their very own medieval graveyard, but this time, there’s an undead army to build. Players can collect useful, or rather, disgusting parts from corpses, including bones, brains, hearts, and skin, before turning them into zombies.
These undead minions can then take care of various tasks, allowing players to automate production and focus on expanding their graveyard and growing their business.
Beyond graveyard management, players can explore a large town, help its residents rebuild, farm crops, raise livestock, fish, trade, craft new machinery, upgrade abilities, and follow storylines filled with the series’ trademark dark humor.
With its strange combination of graveyard management, automation, exploration, and zombie mayhem, Graveyard Keeper 2 looks like another wonderfully bizarre addition to the series. Fans won’t have to wait much longer to get their hands dirty.
