The Daily Mail can reveal the humiliating bodycam footage that shows 49ers owner and CEO Jed York being arrested after showing up at an Ohio trailer park to allegedly pay a prostituteĀ $140 for sex.
York, who is worth $500 million and also co-owns Premier League club Leeds United and Scottish giants Rangers, was arrested in East Palestine on suspicion of engaging in prostitution at 9.35am on August 23. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
Court documents obtained by The Daily Mail reveal York, 46, 'arranged to have sexual activity with the female in exchange for $140.' He responded to an undercover ad placed on a known prostitution website by law enforcement.
When York arrived at the arranged location, the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community in East Palestine, York was greeted by a law enforcement sting operation.
Footage of that moment has now been obtained by The Daily Mail and shows the moment York – still wearing his wedding ring – is pulled from his car and placed in handcuffs by cops.
In the excruciating footage, the NFL owner is asked what he is doing at the trailer park, to which he replies: 'Just driving.' When quizzed over whether he is meeting anyone, he simply replies: 'No'.

As the footage continues, York is placed in handcuffs by officers and asked if he is from the local area, to which he responds: 'Yeah'.
The officer says to him, 'so you're just driving around East Palestine?', and York again gives a simple one-word affirmative.Ā
York is taken to the back seat of the police vehicle, where he is placed inside and the door is shut. The officers then have a conversation next to a separate vehicle, of which the audio has been redacted from the released footage.Ā
