Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday that Americans are “hungry” for the vision offered by democratic socialist and left-wing leaders including Sen. Bernie Sanders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, crediting the three with tapping into voter frustration over affordability.
Mr. de Blasio made the remarks during an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle,” where he argued, “There are specific leaders who have emerged out of DSA who are providing a vision that actually a lot of people in this country are hungry for.”
