An Edinburgh property management company is marking 20 years in business after letting more than 10,500 properties.
Arden Property Management was founded in 2006 and has supported landlords and tenants across Edinburgh and the Lothians with what it describes as a personable, professional and people-first approach.

The independent business has grown steadily over two decades, building its reputation around personal service and relationships with landlords and tenants.
The anniversary comes during a significant year for the company, which recently acquired the lettings division of Smart Property.
Arden was also recognised at the ESTAS Awards with the Best in Postcode Award and has been shortlisted for further national recognition later this year.
To mark its 20th year, the company has launched a '20 Acts of Goodness' initiative.
The year-long programme will involve fundraising, volunteering and community support, with the aim of giving back to the city and communities that have supported the business throughout its growth.
The team recently took part in the SCAA Stadium Takeover in support of Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance, raising more than £1,500.

Arden has also worked with organisations including Edinburgh Four Square and Goodies, while supporting national campaigns such as Red Nose Day and Cash for Kids.
The company is planning further community and environmental activities, including beach clean-ups in Portobello later this year.
Following two decades of growth, Arden is now entering its third decade with an expanded team and a stronger presence across Scotland's lettings market.
