A new £11 million innovation hub is set to support Glasgow's growing science and technology sector.
Clyde Gateway and property consultancy Ryden have launched a marketing campaign for XWORKS, a mid-tech development in Dalmarnock designed to support emerging businesses operating in high-growth industries.

The development is currently under construction and will provide at least 36,000 square feet of adaptable workspace.
The space could expand to almost 45,000 square feet through customised fit-outs, allowing businesses to adapt their premises as they grow.
XWORKS is aimed at companies working in sectors including clean energy, defence, space and life sciences.
The development will comprise two flexible buildings, with units starting from 6,800 square feet.
The space is designed to accommodate a range of uses, including advanced manufacturing, laboratory facilities, offices, collaboration areas and showrooms.
The development forms part of Clyde Gateway's wider innovation plans for the area and is intended to attract investment and support the creation of jobs in Glasgow.
XWORKS is located directly opposite Dalmarnock railway station, providing access to the city centre and wider Glasgow area.

The site is also around five minutes from the M74 motorway, connecting businesses with Glasgow's motorway network and routes across Scotland.
The development is being marketed as demand grows for premises capable of combining office, research and manufacturing functions.
XWORKS is targeting businesses that require flexible accommodation as they develop new products, conduct research and expand their operations.
Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
