Dark Product and Koro Pixel Studio have announced that Arms Dealer will officially launch worldwide on PC via Steam on August 20, 2026. The game is now heading toward release following a recent public playtest, with the developers using player feedback to make several improvements. The launch version will include balance changes, usability updates, and other refinements based on feedback from the community.

Arms Dealer puts players in an unusual position. Instead of commanding armies or taking part in battles, you become the person working behind the scenes to supply those who do. Players start with little more than debt and ambition and must build their business by buying and selling increasingly dangerous weapons. Along the way, they will have to deal with unstable markets, criminal organisations, loan sharks, and law enforcement.

Every decision can have serious consequences. A profitable opportunity could quickly turn into a disaster, while one bad deal could potentially bring the entire operation crashing down. As the business expands, players can move from smaller transactions to international shipments, military hardware, armoured vehicles, and more advanced weapons programmes. Naturally, bigger deals also bring bigger risks.

Developed by the creators of Loop//Error, Arms Dealer looks set to offer a systems-driven experience where every choice matters. With its unusual premise and high-risk business simulation, this could be an interesting game to watch when it launches on August 20. You can also check out the official release date trailer below to get a glimpse of the empire you are about to build.
