Josh Hazlewood makes a double breakthrough early on day three, with Australia well behind the eight ball against Bangladesh in Darwin.

I did not expect to be typing that at the start of the second session today…
CLOSE! Travis Head at bat pad, the ball played just past his outstretched left hand and away for a single to Taskin.
Mehidy has a spread field, a slip and a gully in close and that's about it, a few half way back on the off side. He bowls in to Mehidy and he defends.
Maybe we should just play the second XI that smashed Bangladesh, they at least won!
Amazing turnaround from warmup match where the visitors could only score 54 or something. Looks like either a draw or an upset win by Bangladesh the way it's going
On track for an innings defeat… maybe that will make the selectors sit up and start to move past this old guard. Labuschagne must go, and I'd drop Hazlewood as he's the most injured of the Big Four. Change must come now, or else we'll be faced with a team of rookies and no experience.
Never thought I would see an effort like this from Australian cricket players. 71 years old me and a cricketer all my life till my body failed me. I never ever played when I did not try. This stuff I no longer am watching is destroying their careers. Does not seem to worry them . Pathetic little boy stuff. Over compensation comes to mind.
Did Australia underestimate the underdog? Shocking display by Australia. Less hubris and more wickets might be needed.
Morning gentlemen. On day one I was describing Australia's performance as underwhelming and yesterday as dreadful. Contributing Darwin conditions aside, the side appear jaded and almost unmotivated. Perpetual, endless, back-to-back series played anywhere and everywhere and seemingly for solely commercial reasons are rendering most matches as little more than a background distraction to our daily lives. The game of cricket is suffering at the hands of commerce. Cheer me up please guys.
I guess, if we did want a positive, this same Australian team thrashed England 4-1 just a few months ago.
All we need to make it a complete schemozzle is for Bangladesh to really put the boot in and say ‘we’re so confident we’ll declare.’
I think Australia is coming in under done for this test, but so far this test shows that a mid-year test series against teams that we normally don't give a second thought about, could be valuable to constantly include in the cricketing calendar.
