IRCTC shares down nearly 2% after Q1 results, PL Capital retains buy

The company has fixed a price band of ₹92-97 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issuance of equity shares worth up to ₹885.50 crore and an offer-for-sale of shares aggregating up to ₹732 crore.

Existing shareholders, including Lightrock, Tribe Capital, Moore Strategic Ventures, Agility International Investment, Gautam Kapoor, Saahil Goel and Vishesh Khurana, will sell shares through the OFS.

Shiprocket raised ₹727.41 crore from anchor investors.

At the upper end of the price band, Shiprocket will have a post-issue market valuation of around ₹7,058 crore.

The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds for marketing initiatives and to strengthen technology infrastructure across its core and emerging businesses. Funds will also be used to repay or prepay certain borrowings, pursue potential acquisitions and meet general corporate purposes.

Backed by Temasek and Zomato, Shiprocket has evolved from a shipping service provider into a full-stack e-commerce enablement platform serving direct-to-consumer brands and micro, small and medium enterprises.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹271-285 per equity share. The public issue comprises a fresh issuance of shares aggregating up to ₹93 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 73.20 lakh equity shares.

Behari Lal Engineering raised ₹90.48 crore from anchor investors.

The company plans to use proceeds from the fresh issue to purchase and install equipment and machinery, including computers and peripherals, along with related civil work at its manufacturing facilities. Funds will also be used to install rooftop solar panels at both facilities, repay or prepay certain borrowings and meet general corporate purposes.

The company manufactures metal rolls, engineering castings, alloy steel products and forging ingots for industries including steel, power and heavy engineering.

Both the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19.
