Amy Schumer is trying to make a tour with author Belle Burden happen. Belle’s book Strangers was a hit with a certain subset of celebrities but since The New Yorker did some digging into the court files, it’s lost a lot of steam. Gwyneth Paltrow was attached to the adaptation, let’s see if that actually shakes out into something.
It’s surprising that Entourage hasn’t been rebooted yet (if not by HBO, then by a streamer) and if it were, it would make sense to center it around a chud YouTuber, because those are the men living aspirational lives now. I hate to say it but it’s true!
Selena Gomez’s mental health startup Wondermind, which was led by her mom Mandy, has been facing issues (like not being able to pay employees) for over a year and to add to that, investors have sued, alleging fraud. This is going to be complex for Selena because she was a co-founder and the face of it, even though it doesn’t seem like she was involved in day-to-day operations.

It’s interesting to see the rise of the Mormon Wives cast as someone who doesn’t watch this series, I imagine it’s like those who look at the Housewives franchises from a distance. It all seems very… distasteful. And not in a camp way. The only thing I know about this particular person is she went viral for doing a TikTok dance next to her baby in the NICU. (Lainey: that was a wild sentence to read.)
