Tokyo seeks to ensure stable energy supply by helping rebuild oil, power facilities

TOKYO — Japan intends to provide financial and technical support to Persian Gulf countries as they start to rebuild infrastructure damaged in the U.S.-Iran war, aiming to ensure a stable supply of energy from the region.
