1100+ Kia Carens Clavis EV Deployed in Corporate Fleet, Signs New 100-unit Deal
Updated on 11.08.2026 – Kia Carens Clavis EV has crossed 1,100 units deployed in corporate fleets since its launch in July 2025. The Korean auto giant has now added another 100 units through a fleet deployment with Refex Mobility, with the first batch handed over at an event attended by Kia India executives. The Carens Clavis EV is positioned as an option for businesses looking to shift their everyday mobility requirements towards electric vehicles.
Its combination of cabin space, technology, comfort and electric powertrain makes it suitable for fleet operations, while Kia’s charging and after-sales support is intended to make EV adoption easier for corporate customers. The Refex Mobility deployment brings together Kia India’s EV offering and Refex’s experience in managing fleet operations, allowing the latter to add more electric vehicles to its corporate mobility network.
Commenting on the milestone, Mr. Atul Sood, Senior Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said, “Demonstrating how electric mobility can seamlessly integrate into everyday corporate transportation, our deployment with Refex Mobility is a meaningful step towards accelerating this change. The Carens Clavis EV is a capable and practical fit for fleet operations, offering a spacious cabin, comfortable seating for extended daily use, a range well suited to intensive fleet requirements, and an advanced Battery Management System that supports efficiency and safety for fleet customers. Recognising this capability, we have expanded the Carens Clavis EV’s reach from individual customers to fleet operations, and corporate fleets have an important role to play in this transition. At Kia India, we remain committed to expanding access to innovative electric mobility solutions and working with partners who share our vision of creating cleaner, smarter and more responsible mobility for India.”
