National Law University (NLU) Shillong Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Part-time Medical Officer in 2026.
Name of post : Part Time -Medical Officer
A fixed honorarium of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per week for four (04) visits per week, each visit comprising two (02) hours. The total consolidated honorarium shall be approximately Rs. 40,000/- per month.
1. MBBS Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
2. Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the concerned State Medical Council.
3. Retired Medical Officers/Doctors from Central Government, State Government, GovernmentMedical Colleges, Government Hospitals, Autonomous Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings, or other recognized institutions are also eligible to apply, provided they are medically fit and possess a valid registration with the concerned Medical Council.
4. Preference to candidates with experience in general medical practice, emergency care, occupational health, or institutional healthcare services
