Lynch syndrome is an inherited condition that puts people at very high risk of getting colorectal cancer, and certain other cancers, especially at younger ages. It affects an estimated 1 million Americans, many of whom don’t know their cancer risk. At least three potential Lynch syndrome vaccines are in early testing.
